Hannah’s passion for visual narratives began as a middle schooler, when she partnered with TVbyGIRLS - a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through media literacy and production. She was privileged to continue advocating for multimedia activism, presenting media and technology literacy as tools of women’s empowerment at the United Nations’ 56th session of the Commission on the Status of Women.
Hannah graduated as a Morehead Cain Scholar from the University of North Carolina, during which time she used filmmaking as a tool to understand diverse communal narratives. She further explored documentary film and photography through the University of Manchester's Masters in Visual Anthropology.
Committed to sensory storytelling, Hannah now serves as a freelance videographer and editor.
